With extensive research and tact, he is attempting to &#8220;save&#8221; inheritances from the state \u2013 because in Switzerland, estates without heirs are passed on to the canton and municipality.<\/p><p>Nobs only receives his fee when the heirs actually receive money\u2014 <strong>he never requests advance payments<\/strong>. In addition to tracing heirs, he conducts traditional <strong>genealogical research<\/strong>, creating family trees and genealogical reports.
